CP-SA: Standard applications, including outdoor areas (e.g., crane technology, mining) that do not need to meet high-temperature requirements
CP-HT: Applications subject to extreme temperature loads due to radiation or direct contact, licking flames, flying sparks or molten metal spatter (e.g., steel making, hot rolling mills)
CP-ML: Applications subject to mechanical impact loads from being struck by falling parts or through contact with transport vehicles or personnel (e.g., rolling mills, mining)
CP-AF: Applications exposed to aggressive liquid loads such as acids, alkalis, cooling emulsions, oils, chemicals (e.g., steel refining)
CP-SE: Applications subject to saliferous air in outdoor areas (e.g. crane technology, offshore sectors) that do not need to meet high-temperature requirements

The tailor-made cable protection systems reliably protect encoder supply cables and signal lines against extreme conditions that prevail in heavy-duty application environments. Depending on the version they are designed to protect against high temperatures, mechanical impact loads, aggressive fluids as well as extreme environmental effects and weather conditions such as exposure to UV radiation and ozone. Protective hoses up to 30 meters in length and sealing inserts to accommodate different cable diameters facilitate a broad range of possible applications. Moreover, the integrated strain relief as well as the optional shielding element guarantee interference-free plant operations.
